Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, custom-made items, clearance/sale items

3. Return Process

• Email us at support@techorion.in with your order number and reason for return

• We will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will credit back a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Exchange

• Subject to availability, we can offer exchanges for size or style. You must return the original item first.
  Exchange will be done within 3 days 
  Exchange product delivery will be done within 5-6 business days .

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process applies.
